Despite a difficult childhood and personal struggles, Andrew found Destiny Church, the place where he decided to open his heart fully to Jesus and commit to the journey of growing into all that God has destined for him. Andrew has a special gratitude for Destiny since it’s where he found his wife Ashley and his family expanded from one to three amazing boys. His background of managing in the corporate world and his journey of serving at Destiny, leading in multiple ministries, taking bible college, launching Campuses, and Pastoring at different Campus locations, has led him to his role today as the Development Pastor. Andrew has a personal passion to lead well in his home and the church, a passion to ignite a hunger within people to draw close to Jesus, grow in their faith and fulfill their God given dreams. His role has not only given him the opportunity to express his personal passions but also contribute to a healthy and cohesive Destiny church that builds thriving Campuses which have a desire to take the love that is experienced in a service, into every environment possible.
PASTOR JEFF & DEB
Pastors Jeff and Deb Smith are our Central Youth Pastors. They have been married over 14 years with two beautiful children, Sarai and Uriah. Jeff and Deb have been in youth ministry for over a decade and have a strong heart for the current and the next generation. It is important for them to show our students how to be who God created them to be with the boldness and confidence that will carry into adulthood. They strive to teach our youth to build strong meaningful relationships in every area of their lives not just with words but also in action. They understand that this generation is hungry for the truth and it is their goal to give them the truth according to God’s word no matter how different that is from the world. Also, Jeff and Deb have a desire to see families come together, reunited and whole. A healthy family will cultivate healthy children.
ALEXANDRA PINSON
Alexandra “Lex” has been with Destiny for over 7 years. She began attending as a youth and ventured into graphic design during the pandemic. She is now the primary designer for all ministries and events. Alexandra is also a photographer who captures special moments at Destiny from Baptisms, to prayer & worship, and also beautiful family moments during service. She is passionate about teaching her skills to youth and young adults to grow in their creativity and to humbly serve the house of the Lord.
LIZ GUTIERREZ
Liz serves as the Administrator and Marketing Director here at Destiny Church. She has carried the DNA of Destiny from its inception. Liz has been married to her husband Steve for 33 years, and together they have raised 2 beautiful children Seth and Karah. For the past two years, she has organized and managed all administrative needs for Destiny. Liz has also led the Marketing Department for Destiny Church.

Diana is a resilient individual who found her way to Destiny during a challenging chapter in her life. Seeking a fresh start and support, she became an integral part of the community, serving on the maintenance team where her dedication and hard work shone through. Eager to connect and grow, Diana also joined various life groups, forming meaningful relationships and contributing to the uplifting spirit of the community. Through her journey, she has transformed her struggles into strength, inspiring others along the way. Diana leads our production team and continues to teach others and grow in her creativity to produce media content across all campuses.
